“Firm of attorneys “A.Z. PARTNERS” has successfully defended individual guarantor’s interests before the Court of Appeal of Ivano-Frankivsk region in the case against PJSC “Raiffeisen Bank Aval” concerning collection of debt exceeeing UAH 39 mln. Legal support of the case was carried out under the supervision of a senior partner of the firm of attorneys Oleh Shnyr.
