Yet again A.Z.PARTNERS won the landmark case in the Supreme Administraive Court of Ukraine. We defended our Constitutional right of heritage and cultural ancestry. Moldering ruins of ancient Mykva and Shhyta, sacral Jewish ceremonial constructions were the matter of our battle in courts during the last 4 years. The Supreme Court held that authority has to defend historical and cultural heritage as Ukraine is bound by World Heritage Convention – UNESCO. Our lawyers provided against illegal constructing on the territory of historical heritage 23-25, 28 Fedorova str. in Lviv. Court obliged Lviv local authority to mark this historical and cultural property site and ordered to enforce International law. We are pleased to inform you that our attorney Yaroslav Shnyr was a supervising lawyer of this case.
